Areas od Commitment
Bialetti has adopted its first three-year Sustainability Strategic Plan (2024-2026) which is based on 4 of the 17 goals established by the UN to promote the sustainable development of people and the planet. In the three-year period 2024-2026, Bialetti is committed to pursuing 21 goals related to 8 ESG themes.

Environment
Bialetti is committed to protecting the environment and supports the WWF Italia project “Orso 2x50” for the conservation of the Marsican Brown Bear to save it from extinction The Marsican Brown Bear is one of the symbols of Italy’s environmental heritage and lives exclusively in the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise regions. The presence of infrastructures in its habitat, poaching, and road accidents represent the main threats to its survival.
Social
We believe in a healthy and safe, meritocratic and stimulating work environment, oriented to the development of knowledge and skills. A workplace where diversity is valued and each person is put in the position to best express their abilities, potential and talent. At Bialetti we choose to support talent in all possible ways and forms. For this reason, we are committed to implementing empowerment and engagement policies, through innovative training and the creation of a work environment that is inclusive and open to diversity.
Governance
The ESG Committee was established and approved in 2023 by the Board of Directors of Bialetti Industrie, with the aim of increasingly integrating sustainability into its business paradigm. The majority of the Board of Directors is made up of women (56%) while the presence of women in the two committees is equal to 100%. The Whistleblowing Committee was established in 2023 and deals with in-depth investigations, taking action in the event that concerns are raised.
