Bialetti to Debut the Aeternum Evolution Cookware Line
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. and CHICAGO (March 10, 2012)– Bialetti, the number one Italian brand of ceramic non-stick cookware, will introduce the Aeternum Evolution, a more advanced ceramic cookware line, at the 2012 International Home and Housewares Show this March in Chicago.
The Aeternum Evolution, oven-safe to 400ºF, features the signature white ceramic coating, a thick 4.5mm gauge construction that provides improved heat distribution, and a cast stainless steel handle, allowing cooks to sear-roast in the same pan. This new cookware is also suitable for induction stove tops.
“Ceramic non-stick cookware is truly a revolutionary breakthrough and has become one of the fastest growing segments in the non-stick category,” said Brett Bradshaw, President, Bradshaw International. “Bialetti has been at the forefront of this growing trend with its Aeternum line. It’s the #1 ceramic brand in Italy and the leading brand worldwide. And we’re continuing to show our innovative leadership with the debut of the Aeternum Evolution, which offers consumers an even better choice in ceramic cookware.”
PFOA-free, the Aeternum Evolution is an eco-friendly choice for cooking enthusiasts—the easy-to-clean, non-stick coating is applied at a low temperature leading to a lower emission of C02 into the atmosphere. Available Spring 2012, the Aeternum Evolution comes in a modern gray exterior in 8”, 10” and 12” sauté pans and 11” deep sauté with lid for an MSRP of $39.99 -$79.99.
