1. Start by pouring room-temperature water into the Moka boiler and fill it up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level to avoid obtaining coffee that is too diluted. 2. Now choose your preferred ground coffee blend. Attention! The coffee must have a grind specifically suitable for Moka coffee makers, not too fine. Generously fill the Moka funnel without pressing the coffee down. 3. A little secret? Keep the heat at a minimum and take all the time needed; waiting a few extra minutes is worth it for a great coffee. Once the coffee has completely risen into the upper chamber, turn off the heat. 4. Now comes the crucial moment: tasting. To fully enjoy all the aromas released, we recommend drinking the coffee immediately after pouring it into your cup.
