Caffettiera In Alluminio
The Moka. The one and only since 1933. Starting with Alfonso Bialetti’s brilliant intuition nearly 100 years ago, the Bialetti Moka has won a place in the hearts and kitchens of all Italians. A prime example of the Art Deco style, the Moka Express has become an icon and a symbol of ‘Made in Italy’ design, present in the permanent collection at the Triennale di Milano and the MoMA in New York. Over the years, Bialetti has perfected the characteristic design of the Moka while maintaining its usability and functional features: the octagonal aluminium boiler, exclusive valve that is easy to inspect and clean, filter, and collector that holds the essence of the extracted coffee — black, full-bodied and hot.Coffee, down to the last drop The coffee grounds can be disposed of according to local separate waste collection rules, for simple and practical management after each preparation.Straightforward daily care The Bialetti Moka can be cleaned easily with a simple rinse in water, following the use and maintenance instructions.Timeless design With the quality of the aluminium and attention to construction details, the Moka is intended for prolonged use, maintaining all its iconic charm.Becoming a #MOKALOVER is easy Start by pouring room-temperature water into the Moka boiler until it reaches the safety valve. Do not fill beyond the valve or the coffee will be too watery. For a better experience, use Perfetto Moka, Bialetti coffee for those who love the Moka. How to make coffee:
1. Start by pouring room-temperature water into the Moka boiler, filling it up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level or the coffee might be too watery.
2. Choose your preferred blend of ground coffee. Be careful. The blend must be Moka-ground, and not too fine. Generously fill the Moka funnel, without pressing the coffee.
3. A little secret? Set the heat to low and take your time; it is worth waiting a few more minutes to enjoy an excellent coffee. When the coffee has completely percolated into the collector, turn off the heat.
4. Now comes the crucial moment: taste. To savour the aromas in the best way, we recommend that you drink the coffee as soon as it is poured into the cup.

Cleaning instructions:
Moka Express Bialetti should only be rinsed with water after use. Do not use detergents. The product must not be washed in the dishwasher, as this may damage it and alter the taste of the coffee.
