Sustainability
is a choice to be preserved

For 100 years, sustainability has been part of Bialetti's culture, at the very heart of our philosophy. Not only sustainability towards the planet, thanks to eco-friendly products such as the Moka Express, but also (and above all) sustainability towards people.

In fact, it is people who determine the future of a company, whether they be our employees, our stakeholders, suppliers, customers or consumers.

For this reason, every single day we are committed with passion and responsibility to guaranteeing the well-being and satisfaction of everybody who is part of the Bialetti world.

The story of the Bialetti Group
is the story of its employees.

We believe in a healthy and safe, meritocratic and stimulating work environment, oriented to the development of knowledge and skills. A workplace where diversity is valued and each person is put in the position to best express their abilities, potential and talent.

With this awareness in mind: our employees are the true value of Bialetti, and their well-being is at the root of the Group’s success.

Talent is part
of our tradition

At Bialetti we choose to support talent from all angles, developing it in all its shapes and forms. For this reason, we are committed to implementing empowerment and engagement policies, through innovative training (such as team building, coaching, internal training) and with the removal of every obstruction within the company, so as to integrate the different areas and skills, thus favoring the achievement of results.

2021 was a year that changed the world, on a number of levels. Companies evolved at the same time, revolutionizing the way of thinking about life and work within the companies themselves.

Thus, Bialetti invested in its human resources, to help people tackle the return to "normal" post-pandemic life as well as possible. At the end of 2021, our most important People Management project was launched: BE PEOPLE.

The program stems from deep reflection on changes generated by the pandemic context, with a new way of conceiving work and the relationship between colleagues.

External analyses and research have confirmed the trends highlighted by employees: achieving the right work/life balance and building a positive work environment. To this end, the company has integrated work from home since 2022 with 8 days per month and the inclusion of flexible hours for office workers, and is committed to developing the project based on 6 defined pillars: Performance, Engagement, Ownership, Passion, Listening and Experience.
