Standard shipping charges are determined by order value. Processing charges are included in the shipping cost, which takes into account the expense of processing your order, handling and packaging the item(s) you have purchased, delivery transportation and other related operating costs. Below is a breakdown of our standard shipping rates.

All orders are processed within 2 business days from the receipt of order (excluding weekends and holidays) and shipped from our warehouse in Southern California by FedEX Ground. Orders placed after 5:00pm PST Monday through Thursday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5.00 P.M. PST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next normal business day.
free shipping on orders $50.00 or more
Free Shipping is applied to orders with an order total equaling or exceeding $50.00. All orders, which qualify for free shipping are sent by UPS ground. Please note: Using a discount coupon could make the order total fall below $50.00, which will negate the free shipping offer and add the standard shipping charge to the order.
Some products include free shipping. In those cases, the shipping charge will not be included on the order, even if the order is below $50.00. However, if a free shipping item is purchased along with other items, then free shipping will not apply.
Our shipping charges are applied to bulk orders and minimum order values. Corporate shipping discounts may apply and are based on account approval.
In stock items are shipped from our warehouse by UPS within 5-7 business days from the time the order was processed. Orders placed after 5:00pm PST Monday through Thursday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5.00 P.M. PST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next normal business day.

Corporate customers who wish to place an order, but delay its shipment to a later date, please indicate the date you want your order shipped. Use the “Requested Ship Date” box at the time of checkout or call customer service at 800-421-6290.
orders outside of the United States
At present, we only ship orders to addresses within the United States. Customers with a Canadian billing address can order items to be delivered to a U.S. address by calling 800-421-6290.
