Thus, the exquisite Moka Induction Bialetti Dolce&Gabbana is born, an exclusive coffee maker suitable for use on induction cooktops, thanks to its bi-layer boiler technology. An outer steel layer allows it to be used on induction cooktops, while an inner aluminium layer ensures even heat distribution.

Moka Induction Mediterranean Blue is a genuine masterpiece of style that transforms the coffee ritual into a celebration of handcrafted excellence, that have always been at the heart of Dolce&Gabbana's aesthetics.
How to prepare coffee:
1. Start by pouring the water at room temperature into the Moka boiler and fill it up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level or the coffee might be too watery.
2. Now choose your preferred blend of ground coffee. Take care! The blend must have a specific grind for Moka, not too fine. Generously fill the Moka funnel, without pressing the coffee.
3. A little secret? Set the heat to low and take your time; it is worth waiting a few more minutes to enjoy an excellent coffee. When the coffee has completely risen in the collector, turn off the heat.
4. Now the crucial moment: the taste. To savour all the aromas released in the best possible way, we recommend that you drink the coffee as soon as it is poured into the cup.
Instructions for cleaning: Wash after each use with lukewarm water without using detergents and/or abrasive materials.
